Several traction arrangements
Compare the available traction arrangements against the section and material being handled. The appropriate contact arrangement is determined by the product, not by machine appearance.
Choose the traction arrangement for the shape and handling limits of your product.
Compare belt, caterpillar, roller and precision haul-off arrangements for extrusion. Specify the product shape, speed range, contact surface and control signals.
A haul-off draws the extruded product through the downstream process at the required operating speed. The traction arrangement must suit the product geometry and the surface condition after cooling. The equipment range includes double-track, multi-caterpillar, belt, roller and precision configurations, with custom arrangements reviewed for the application.
Choose the contact arrangement before focusing on drive size. A large rigid pipe, a thin profile and a flexible tube can require different contact lengths, pressure settings and support. The connection to the cutter or winder is also part of a practical specification.

Compare the available traction arrangements against the section and material being handled. The appropriate contact arrangement is determined by the product, not by machine appearance.
Specify acceptable marking and deformation along with the product dimensions. Contact material, pressure and support should be considered together.
Define how speed is set and how the haul-off exchanges signals with the cutter, extruder or winder. Include the retained control arrangement in a retrofit.
Send your material, product size and output target. We shortlist the model and the options with you before quotation.
Select the contact layout around diameter or section, wall thickness, rigidity and the cooling condition at entry.
Review traction pressure and support carefully where a product can deform, stretch or show contact marks.
Settle these points first and the quotation you receive can be compared line by line.
Provide the operating range and typical products rather than only the highest requested speed. Stable operation across the intended range matters.
Send the section drawing and sample photographs. Describe surface requirements and any marking or slip seen on the current line.

Complete Lines Using This Machine
Points worth writing into the order, so the run test before shipment proves what matters for your product.
Review stable pulling, product deformation and contact marks using the agreed product and speed range.
Check speed changes and coordination with the cutter or winder during the agreed operating sequence.

Nylon tubes and PA tubes are produced by a complete nylon / PA tube extrusion line, not by a single standalone machine. A professional production line normally includes material drying and feeding, a single screw extruder, customized tube die, vacuum calibration tank, cooling tank, servo haul-off, online cutting machine, conveyor, and automatic collection system. For […]

Begin with product shape, size, rigidity and surface requirements. Belt, caterpillar and roller arrangements should be compared against those conditions.
Not necessarily. Contact condition, cooling, alignment and traction length also matter. Excess pressure can deform or mark the product.
That construction and drive combination is a custom arrangement. Define construction materials, drive and traction arrangement in the specification for your machine.
