Scrap-specific feeding
Review the opening and feed arrangement against the actual pipe, profile or sheet. Do not assume that every size can enter without preparation.
Match the feed opening and cutting arrangement to the scrap you actually handle.
Review SWP crushing equipment for plastic pipe, profile and sheet scrap. Specify feed dimensions, resin, required regrind and the material-handling arrangement.

Series
SWP
The SWP series is designed for crushing plastic pipes, profiles, sheets and related scrap. The machine should be selected from the incoming product geometry and the required regrind, because a long hollow section creates a different feeding task from small offcuts.
Provide photographs and dimensions of representative scrap, including the largest pieces. Define the desired output form and how material will be fed, collected and reused. Where direct feeding of long products is required, confirm that requirement against the selected machine arrangement.
Review the opening and feed arrangement against the actual pipe, profile or sheet. Do not assume that every size can enter without preparation.
Specify the cutting components and discharge arrangement for the named resin and required regrind. Material properties influence the practical configuration.
Consider blade inspection, cleaning and material changes when defining the installation. The usable workflow includes these routine tasks.
Send your material, product size and output target. We shortlist the model and the options with you before quotation.
Supply the section, wall thickness and maximum feed length. Identify whether long pieces must be accepted directly.
Provide thickness, width, shape and material condition, including any coatings or contamination relevant to reuse.
Settle these points first and the quotation you receive can be compared line by line.
List the scrap range and the preparation allowed before crushing. The largest feed item is a selection input, not an assumption.
Define the output size and intended reuse. Confirm whether the regrind goes directly to processing or to a further pulverizing stage.

Points worth writing into the order, so the run test before shipment proves what matters for your product.
Check material entry and crushing behavior using the actual scrap types included in the scope.
Evaluate output size, contamination and suitability for the intended reuse under the agreed conditions.

Direct-feeding configurations are available for review, with the usable geometry determined by the selected machine. Provide maximum dimensions and confirm them in the scope.
Its usual task is size reduction to regrind. If powder is required, specify the powder target and review whether a separate pulverizing stage is needed.
Provide the resin, section, wall thickness, contamination condition and expected feed. Use the same information when discussing blade maintenance and replacement.
Tell us what you need to produce, the required output and whether this is a new installation or a replacement. Share the information you already have so we can review the next configuration details with you.
