Where The MP Series Fits Your Process
The MP series is a disc-type plastic pulverizer for reducing suitable feed material to powder. Selection should connect the incoming material with the required powder specification. A resin name alone does not define how the feed will grind or how the powder will be assessed.
Provide a representative feed sample, particle-size target and intended use of the powder. Include the feed form, contamination condition and any restrictions on temperature or material degradation. These inputs establish the basis for a meaningful grinding trial.

Is a pulverizer the same as a crusher?
No. A crusher reduces larger material to smaller pieces; a pulverizer is used for powder preparation. The required output form determines which stage is needed.
Can one setup grind every type of plastic?
A broad material list does not establish one universal setup. Confirm the feed, grinding configuration and powder result through a review or trial for the named material.
How should powder fineness be specified?
Provide the required size distribution, measurement method and permitted oversize. Include the downstream use so the acceptance criteria reflect the process.
