The working principle of the horizontal mixer is based on the rotation in the container and the collision of materials. The inner and outer diameter screw installed on the mixing shaft drives the material inside the barrel to flip, so that the agitator turns the material inside the barrel. In terms of the structure of the agitator, the helix is designed to be the inner and outer and the left and the right opposite of each other. When the agitator works, the inner helix drives the material near the shaft center to do the axial rotation from inside to both sides, the outer helix drives the material near the cylinder wall to do the axial rotation, and the axial is pushed from both sides to the inside, resulting in the convective circulation and shear infiltration of the material in the simplified system.
