Overview of the production line


Small experimental wire drawing and granulation production line is a comprehensive experimental equipment that integrates material melting, wire drawing, cutting and granulation, specially designed for scientific research institutions, university laboratories and small production enterprises. By simulating the industrial production process, the production line realizes the rapid conversion from raw materials to products, and provides an efficient and flexible solution for new material research and development, process optimization and product trial production. Its compact structure, easy to operate control system and flexible production capacity make it an ideal bridge between research and production.

2.1. Raw material pretreatment system: including raw material storage tank, metering feeding device, used to accurately control the input amount and proportion of raw materials, to ensure the stability of product quality.

2.2. Melt extrusion system: The core component is a screw extruder, which melts and evenly extrudes raw materials through high temperature heating to form a continuous melt body.

2.3. Wire drawing molding system: After the melt is extruded by the mold, it is stretched into a fine wire by a precision wire drawing device. The drawing speed and temperature can be adjusted in this process to obtain the required diameter and strength of the wire.

2.4. Cutting granulation system: The stretched wire is cooled and shaped, and then cut into uniform particles by a high-speed rotating blade to complete the granulation process.

2.5. Collection and packaging system: Finished particles are automatically collected and transported to the packaging machine for packaging and marking, which is convenient for subsequent storage and testing.

2.6. Control system: Integrated PLC and touch screen operation interface to achieve full automatic control, including temperature regulation, speed setting, fault alarm and other functions to improve production efficiency and safety.

Process flow


3.1. Raw material preparation: Mix the raw materials in the formula evenly.

3.2. Melt extrusion: raw materials into the extruder, heating and melting to the appropriate temperature.

3.3. Wire drawing molding: the melt is extruded through the mold and stretched into wire by the wire drawing device.

3.4. Cooling and shaping: the stretched wire is cooled quickly to maintain a stable shape.

3.5. Cutting granulation: The cooled wire is cut into particles of a specified length.

3.6. Collection and packaging: Finished particles are collected, packaged and labeled.
