▏Operation Method

Operation method


1, the worker first use the chain crane remote control to move the chain crane to the ton bag above.

2. Hang the bag of the ton bag on the anti-falling off device.

3, use the remote control to lift the ton bag and place it on the flap rack of the ton bag feeding station, and align the ton bag discharging port with the cache hopper feed port.

4, open the bag switch, untie the release mouth of the bag inside the ton bag, put the release mouth on the bag bucket, and close the bag switch, clamp the release mouth and then untie the outer bag, start the machine.

5, the bag shooting system starts to work to help the material flow into the buffer bin bin. The bin has a 2 cm x 2 cm lattice to remove large pieces. (Workers need to regularly inspect and clean the large pieces inside.)

6. Open the pneumatic butterfly valve and flow the logistics into the stainless steel hopper of the feeder. Open the work button of the feeder and the feeder starts to work.

7, through the control system to set the feed weight, such as 100kg/h, the twin screw quantitative will slowly and evenly transfer the material to the Venturi pipe, and then the material is blown to the customer's receiving bin. When the material in the buffer bin is about to be empty, the system will automatically open the pneumatic butterfly valve to fill the material in time.
