▏Principle and process overview

The working principle of the production line is based on the melting, extrusion, cooling, curing, cutting and stacking processes of ABS resin. The specific process is as follows:

Raw material supply: Feed ABS resin raw material into the melt extrusion system.

Melt extrusion: In the extruder, the ABS raw material is gradually transformed into a viscous melt after high temperature heating, and is extruded through the mold under the push of the screw. The shape of the die determines the cross section shape of the final backing plate.

Cooling curing: The extruded ABS plate immediately enters the cooling system, which allows it to cool and cure quickly by reducing the temperature of the sheet to achieve the required hardness and strength.

Cut stacking: ABS plates after cooling and curing are cut to predetermined lengths and neatly stacked together by stacking equipment for subsequent packaging and transportation.
