▏Range of applicable raw materials

▏Brief description of working principle

The operating principle of the high speed mixing unit is based on diffusion, shear force and turbulence effect. When the motor is started, the spindle and rotating blade are driven by the transmission device for high-speed rotation. The shear force and turbulence effect produced by the rotating blade make the material form a whirlpool in the mixing tank, so as to achieve uniform mixing of the material. At the same time, the cooling/heating device can regulate the temperature of the material to ensure the optimal mixing effect.

High speed mixing units usually have a high degree of automation. Electrical control using imported original and equipped with PLC and the latest computer control, can achieve automatic operation. Regular inspection: regularly check whether the connected parts of the equipment are tightened and not loose, whether each running part is flexible, and whether the agitator is firmly installed.

Cleaning and maintenance: the mixing container and the discharge chamber should be cleaned regularly without dirt. When changing materials or colors, the mixing container and the discharge area must be cleaned.

Lubrication maintenance: The gear reducer, bearings and other parts in the transmission device need to be lubricated regularly to ensure smooth operation.
