The process of PE pipe production line mainly includes:
1. Raw material preparation: Mix PE raw material and necessary additives evenly.
2. Melt extrusion: raw materials into the extruder, after heating and melting through the mold extrusion into a tube.
3. Vacuum sizing and cooling: The extruded pipe immediately enters the vacuum sizing device for styling, and is cooled and solidified by the cooling system.
4. Traction and cutting: the cooled pipe is continuously pulled out by the traction device and cut by the cutting device according to the set length.
5. Collection and stacking: The cut pipe is sorted by the collection system and stacked to the designated area.
Extruder power: Depending on the production capacity and pipe specifications, the power range is usually 30kW to 200kW.
Production capacity: The production speed of a single pipe can reach 20m/min to 100m/min, depending on the pipe diameter and wall thickness.
Pipe specifications: We can produce PE pipes with diameters from Φ20mm to Φ630mm and wall thickness from 0.5mm to 20mm.
Extrusion temperature: The barrel temperature is usually between 180°C and 230°C, and the mold temperature is slightly lower than the barrel temperature.
